RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sometimes a piece isn’t quite right for you - we understand. While we strive for perfection in every detail, we want your experience with our archive to be effortless.
How to Initiate a Return
To request an exchange or store credit, please follow these steps:
► Step 1: Contact us immediately upon delivery to notify our team.
► Step 2: Provide the reason for your return. For our records, high-resolution photographs of the piece may be requested where relevant.
► Step 3: Ensure the item is securely dispatched back to us within 7 days of the original delivery date.
Condition of Items
Because our pieces are handled with utmost care at the atelier, they must be returned to us in the exact same condition. Returned items must be:
► Completely unused, unworn, and unaltered.
► Housed in their original, undamaged packaging.
► Accompanied by all original tags, protective stickers, leather wraps, and structural inserts fully intact.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to modify or cancel an order after payment confirmation, please contact us immediately. Because our atelier begins processing pieces rapidly, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
Essential Policies
► Store Credit Only: Items purchased from The Haute Archive are eligible for return in exchange for web-store credit only. At this time, we do not offer monetary refunds.
► Right of Refusal: Returns that do not meet the strict condition requirements outlined above cannot be accepted. Any items showing signs of wear, use or altered packaging will be returned to the client and will not be eligible for store credit.
