RETURN POLICY

NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING? NO WORRIES!

If you wish to return an item/s purchased from our store, you may return it for web-store credit in compliance with our return policy. Unfortunately, we do not exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

    • Ensure that you have contacted us immediately after receiving your item/s (as documented by relevant courier), and inform us that you wish to return your item/s.
    • Ensure that you have provided any and all relevant details to support your return. The item/s must be returned within 7 days of receiving it (as documented by relevant courier).
    • Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, have the protective stickers/plastic/cardboards intact and not tampered with.

      If you change your mind (want to cancel your order) after we have confirmed your order, kindly contact us immediately for further instructions. Alternative, wait for your order to arrive and "return to sender" when receiving it (as documented by relevant courier).

      Return Eligibility for canceling/changing your mind:

        • The item/s must remain in the original packaging. The packaging must not have signs of it being tampered with, and must remain unopened as received and delivered by the courier service.

        Any returns that are not compliant with our return policy, will not be eligible for or web-store credit.
