How to Return

To request a return, please:

· Contact us as soon as your order is delivered

· Let us know the reason for your return (photos may be requested where relevant)

· Ensure the item is returned within 7 days of delivery

Condition of Items

Returned items must be:

· Unused and unworn

· In their original packaging

· With all tags, protective stickers, wraps, and inserts intact

Order Changes

If you need to cancel an order after it has been confirmed, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please Note

· Returns that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted.

· Items showing signs of wear, use, or altered packaging are not eligible for store credit.

· Items purchased from The Haute Archive may be returned in exchange for web-store credit. At this time, we do not offer refunds.
